What? A post!?

I think I'm going to actually start using my journal, so I thought I'd start with a link to my new vid:

A video focusing on Buffy and the latter half of season 2.

I haven't made a video in a while, but I'm really happy with how this one turned out. Feedback is appreciated.

Yayyy a post hehe.

I really enjoyed this vid. The start was my favourite because it got into some really great editing from the first clip, rather than building into it.

Some of the effects and stuff remind me of your 'Pretty Life' vid, which I thought was cool because it's like seeing how you've developed from there.

The masking was incredible, how you had everything to the sides of the screen. I loved the shot of Buffy running down the corridor (Becoming) with masking used on both sides of her.

What really stood out to me was how well you used the strong beats with clip changing and stuff.

This is such an amazing video, Love it sooo much. I agree, the start is the best and I love the kill, kill, kill, kill bits were awesome. And i loved all the red flashes. And the overlays and, ah, this video was sooooo good. Congrats on such a great video, as usual. You're really talented and this video is amazing. :)

i agree, my favorite parts were already pointed out, the begining, the becoming maskings, and the kill kill kill. i love that effect you used on the kill kill kill part and throught out the vid, its so cool looking. what i like about this editing is how stacado it feels, its not traditional editing in the least, awsome :)

This is a beautiful vid, and the editing is beyond awesome like the rest of your work. For me, the thing that really stood out from this vid is the nightmarish, slightly surreal mood; it's pervasive and really gets under your skin. My favourite part is the overlay of Drusilla on the side starting at 0:53. That part is so incredibly evocative with the strings kicking in at the same time.

I love how you constantly reinvent your style with each new vid; it's really inspirational. :)
